still a doubt?

Areola micropigmentation is a specialized tattooing technique designed to recreate or enhance the appearance of the areola, the pigmented area around the nipple. It is commonly used for individuals who have undergone mastectomy, breast reconstruction, or other surgeries.

The entire process, including consultation, design, and application, typically takes about 2-3 hours.

The process is designed to be as comfortable as possible. We use advanced techniques and topical numbing agents to minimize discomfort during the procedure.

This procedure is ideal for breast cancer survivors, individuals who have had breast surgeries, or anyone seeking to enhance the appearance of their areolae due to asymmetry, discoloration, or other concerns.

The pigments used in micropigmentation are semi-permanent, lasting anywhere from 2 to 5 years. Over time, touch-ups may be needed to maintain the desired appearance.

Absolutely! Each procedure is customized to match your natural skin tone and unique features. The goal is to create a natural, symmetrical, and realistic appearance that complements your body.

After the procedure, slight redness and sensitivity are normal and should subside within a few days. You’ll receive detailed aftercare instructions to ensure optimal healing and long-lasting results.

The procedure is safe when performed by a qualified professional. Minor side effects such as redness, swelling, or tenderness may occur but usually resolve quickly. We prioritize hygiene and use sterile equipment for every session.

It’s best to wait until your reconstruction process is complete, and your doctor has given approval. This ensures the best results and proper healing.

Avoid alcohol, caffeine, and blood-thinning medications for at least 24 hours before your appointment. We’ll provide you with a complete list of pre-procedure guidelines during your consultation.

PMU may not be suitable for individuals who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have certain medical conditions such as skin disorders near the brows. A consultation will help determine your eligibility.

In some cases, insurance may cover part of the cost for medical tattooing following mastectomy or breast reconstruction. Check with your provider for details.

From time to time, yes! We are amazed by helping women who are fighting this important journey.
